These programs are free and a part of the "Look What's Cookin' at your library" 2008 Minnesota Summer Reading Program. This cooking themed reading program encourages children to read over the summer. Studies show that students who don’t read over the summer are less prepared for school success in the fall. The summer reading program at Hawley Library makes summer reading more fun with special programs, good books, and reading incentives.

Knitting (Plus...) Group
Wednesdays from 6:30 - 8 p.m.
Knitters and other hand-crafters enjoy getting to know each other while working on their craft. Beginners interested in learning from others as well as "old pros" who just want to chat and share their craft experience are welcome!
